It is a route that I have classified as easy (for people accustomed to walking through mountains and mountains), because it has few kilometers, because it is very well signposted, because the unevenness is not excessive, and because there are very few areas with difficult roads. In the rainy season, the route can be quite complicated, especially in the area of the river and in the canuto de la utrera, due to the presence of slippery stones.
The Canuto de Utrera route is approximately 12 kilometers long and can be done in about three hours, although it can be shortened to two and a half hours if the climb to the Sierra de la Utrera is avoided.
This route cannot be done on a mountain bike (except for the area closest to Casares, and the starting area up to the first fording of the Manilva river).
