Manilva will come together for a cause that touches so many lives on Sunday 18th October, as the third Solidarity Walk Against Breast Cancer invites residents and visitors to show their support for breast cancer awareness.

Organised by Bandera Rosa with the support of Manilva Town Hall’s Social Welfare Department, the event aims to bring the community together, raise awareness and show solidarity with people affected by breast cancer.

The walk will start and finish at Plaza del Cali, with participants setting off at 10am. It is an opportunity for people of all ages to take part in a community event and demonstrate their support for this important cause.

• Registration: €10 per person, or €8 for advance bookings

Registration includes a commemorative T-shirt, fruit and water. There will also be a warm-up session led by Jessica Quiñones before the walk begins.

Afterwards, participants can look forward to a prize draw at the finish line at 1pm. An information stand hosted by Bandera Rosa will also highlight the organisation’s work and its efforts to raise awareness of breast cancer.
