In the Civima you can find a museum with a single floor at street level, without obstacles, in which the culture related to the grape harvest is valued, Manilva being a municipality with a long wine tradition. The visit begins in an audiovisual room and is followed by a tour of the entire winemaking process, from caring for the vines to the winery.

  1. Audiovisual Room: Viewing of a documentary on aspects related to the project and the municipality of Manilva.
  2. Viticulture Room: Space intended for the description, through images and objects, of the particularities of Manilva’s viticulture, such as the cultivated vine varieties, plant morphology, traditional work or tools used.
  3. Oenology Room: Exhibition space dedicated to the description of wine making, comparing traditional and modern systems.
  4. Hall of the Harvest and the Harvest Festival: You can see the traditional “sombrajo” made of cane, a place where the processing of the grapes was carried out before taking it to the market. Photographs from various eras related to viticulture festivals and customs. Description and use of raisins for the production of raisins and grapes to obtain sweet wines.
