This year’s Holy Week begins on Sunday, April 2 and ends on Sunday, April 9. It is a deeply religious Catholic festival in which the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ are celebrated. It begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Easter Sunday. They are holidays of variable date depending on the lunar calendar, which are celebrated between the months of March and April

In Manilva, the Nuestra Señora de Los Dolores y Our Padre Jesús Nazareno Brotherhood is in charge of publicizing Holy Week 2023. Every year, thousands of people choose to live this week in this wonderful town. Every year it is immersed in an intense week of Catholic passion in which the death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth is commemorated and celebrated.

The Program for this week is usually repeated year after year because the date is immovable, since it is determined by the data of the 6th century AD.
