Tenth Day of the Pedal Estepona 2023

In Estepona, it’s announced that the tenth ‘Día del Pedal’ will be celebrated on Sunday, October 8th, marking the Year of the Bicycle in Estepona. This edition will have a special charitable focus. The ‘Pedalea por Mario’ (Pedal for Mario) event aims to raise funds for Mario, a young boy from Estepona with cerebral palsy, who requires financial support for his necessary treatments. Both organizing associations will set up a merchandise booth, where attendees can purchase a water bottle for their bike or a bracelet + pendant for 3 euros. Vendimia Manilva 2023 is the collection or harvest of the grapes, generally referring to those that will be used for the production of wine or liquor. Christmas Village in the Castle

The Corruco Race is the popular Sabinillas race organized by the Manilva City Council. It will be held on August 20, 2022. This year celebrates 10 editions and has become a must for many surrounding municipalities. It is a 6 km long race that starts at “Calle Duquesa de Arcos” (on the Sabinillas promenade) and reaches the Castillo de la Duquesa. Feria Explick 2022 is organizated by Expoclick. It’s a company dedicated to the organization of events and fairs of the world of Playmobil. In this case, they are in charge of holding an open-air playmobil fair on Sabinillas beach, Manilva. This outdoor click fair consists of a set of folding tents from about 50 square meters to 20 square meters. Each of them set on a different theme. From battles of the Middle Ages to zoos with hundreds of animals, characteristic settings of countries around the world, etc. It is not the first time that this fair has been held in Sabinillas. RUGBY BEACH 5 SPANISH SERIES BACK TO MANILVA La Feria beach will be the stage of the Spanish Series of Rugby Beach 5. The sports department headed by edil Manolo Gil, reports that after last years break, this spectacular sport will return to our municipality on July 10. According to the organization, during that day, teams across the country will compete in different categories, senior male and female levels, veterans, under-16 and under-14. This activity in Manilva returns the region back into the world of sport, as part of the 2021 calendar the Rugby Beach Series alongside nine other headquarters distributed throughout Spain. Competition times have been scheduled between 10:30 and 20:00 hours, with the finals of each category starting at 18:00 p.m. This variety of rugby is spectacular and very eye-catching and will safely capture the attention of residents and visitors.

The Commercial Councilor of Manilva City Council, Francisco Becerra, has reported that starting June 18th until September 5th, all interested parties will be able to visit and enjoy a new edition of the Market by the Sea. The Sabinillas boardwalk will stage this special event, very traditional market that already features XVI editions. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday visitors will be able to tour the craft stalls starting at 20:00 pm. The edil, as in all activities carried out, begs that appropriate precautions are taken, wear masks and avoid large groups. This traditional craft market can be enjoyed from June 18 to September 5, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at 20:00 pm. Casares celebrates their Carnival 2021 on March 6th Carnival de Casares 2021 features special and telematic programming targeting both children and adults. Casares councilwoman Antonia Pineda has explained that for safety reasons a series of virtual actions has been opted out. Children’s Carnival will feature ANIMATION through Radio Casares Facebook page, which will be able to follow all the little ones and their families from home and maintain an interaction with the entertainers.
